Cancellation before shipment
You can contact our customer care by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 9818688820 (Monday through Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm) to cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been dispatched.
In certain situations, after processing the cancellation request, the order will be cancelled and the money will be returned to you within 2 to 5 days.
Please be aware that once your order has left our warehouse for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
What happens if I wish to cancel an order after using discount coupons?
Discount coupons must only be used once and will still be considered used even if you cancel the order.
What if I receive a damaged/defected product?
The best items are purchased, kept in the best conditions, and sold by Cureayu. To guarantee that the products you have ordered arrive to you in the best possible condition, we have worked with top logistic companies in India. Before they leave our warehouse, our shipments go through rigorous quality check procedures. In the unlikely event that your goods is damaged in transportation or during delivery, you can ask for a replacement or a return and refund.
Following a few easy steps will allow you to start your return/refund request within five days of receiving your order’s delivery if you received it damaged or with the wrong item.
How can I return a product I bought from Cureayu?
Customers of Cureayu have access to a simple return policy, allowing them to request the return or exchange of a product within five days of delivery. If you believe you have received a defective product, we ask that you notify us within 5 days of the delivery date and seek to return or replace the item. You may also submit a return request for some or all of the items in your order, and we will accept those as well. If the shipment is closed and returned within five days after arrival, a complete refund will be started. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact or else your order will not be eligible for a return.
Please follow the below steps to initiate a return request.
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (email@example.com) within a period of 5 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email the detailed reason for your request and an image of the product, clearly showing the damage/defect, batch number and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will pick up the products within a period 4 – 7 business days of receiving your request. Please note the request needs to be approved before initiating return. Once we receive the products back, we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
When I return a product that it came with, do I also have to return the complimentary gift?
Yes, the free gift is a component of the item order and must be returned with the initially shipped item. Please be aware that the complimentary item must be returned in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and barcodes.
Only the following situations will result in a refund:
- (a) Order cancellation prior to shipping; and
- (b) Situations where
The delivery address was incorrect or unavailable, the customer refused to pick up the delivery, and the customer wasn’t available during the delivery attempts that our logistics partner was required to make.
In case (b), we will handle the refund as soon as our logistic provider has delivered the product.
Refunds will all be handled in accordance with the method of payment that you selected when placing the order. Orders paid for with a credit card or debit card will be refunded by credit card to the card within 8–9 days of the date your products were returned to the logistics provider, and the refund will appear on your subsequent account. Orders paid by cash on delivery will receive a cheque for their refund.
Changes to the Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds Policy Notification
We regularly examine our cancellation, return, and refund policy to make sure it is correct and up to date. Future modifications to this Policy will be posted on this page. Without giving you previous notice, we retain the right to modify or update this policy at any moment. Any such modifications shall take effect right away after being posted on our website. You must frequently examine the Policy in order to be informed of any changes.
